Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unused paper bouquets and their matching envelopes back into the original protective mailer to prevent bending during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
